Our Story
I love finding different ways to reuse and repurpose things so they can be appreciated again. Working with salvaged items proves what I know to be true – beauty is most often shaped from struggles and it shines brighter because of its flaws and cracks. My REcreations respect the history of an item and gives them new life again.
Meet Donna
Donna has been crafting all her life. Growing up, her dad taught her basic wood-working skills and her mom taught her how to sew. Throughout her life, she has enjoyed these hobbies for herself, but has found a passion in making creations for others from unique materials. Her favorite part of crafting these REcreations is making something one a kind and getting to leave a part of her creativity in pieces for others to enjoy. Donna finds most of her materials at flea markets, so her inventory is always unique based on the items she has to recreate.
